Our Story

TELLING THE STORY

Our founders, Nathan and Matthew, became friends during middle school. Their shared interests in photography brought them together as colleagues on their high school yearbook, and over the next four years, they worked closely with their advisor to preserve the "record of the year" through photos and stories.

As part of their yearbook duties, they published approximately 600 of their best photos a year, but left nearly 3000 images and countless stories unpublished every year. Later, as they met with alumni who looked through the whole yearbook archives, they discovered the unpublished photos triggered many more stories than were ever covered in the 200-page annual.

BRINGING FAMILIES TOGETHER

Fast forward a decade and Nathan and Matthew's idea of telling stories through photos and audio has matured with a rich set of services and online tools. Our scanning services allow you to protect your images and negatives from floods and fires. Our hosting services allow your entire family, local or across the world, to share your photos, engage in the story telling process, and record their unique version of the story through audio.
